Two knobs touching. One female, the other male. Her knob is quite tiny, his knob is much bigger. Both are very sensitive to the touch, and a source of great sexual pleasure. Both start from the same tissue while a fetus, but in males the knob forms larger and his penis develops into the male’s external sex organ. Her clitoris remains  small, a sort of “undeveloped” penis. Both knobs are protected by a layer of skin–the foreskin which covers the knobs. In the male, his foreskin is surgically removed–it is cut off when the baby is circumcised.
